| Rajiv B. Lall: Rajiv B. Lall has over twenty years of experience as an investor and advisor with Warburg Pincus in Singapore and New York, as an economist and policy advisor with Morgan Stanley in Hong Kong, the World Bank in Washington D.C., the Asian Development Bank in Manila, Philippines, and in academia. In January 2005, he took over the role of MD & CEO of IDFC (Infrastructure Development Finance Company) in India. From 1997 till 2004, Rajiv was with Warburg Pincus, one of the largest private equity firms in the world. At Warburg Pincus, Rajiv has focused on investing in financial services and the firm’s portfolio allocation and strategy decisions on a global basis. He has represented the firm on the board of a number of portfolio companies and is member of the firm’s Economics Advisory Committee. Rajiv holds a BA from the University of Oxford and Ph.D. in Economics from Columbia University. |

Donald Peck: Donald Peck is former Managing Partner of the South Asian operations of Actis (previously known as the Common Wealth Development Corporation). Actis is one the most active venture capital investors in emerging markets around the world. Dr. Peck is a veteran venture investor in South Asia, and also has experience in emerging markets elsewhere from a stint at IFC. Dr. Peck, who joined Actis in 1991, was responsible for helping to develop Actis' equity investment business and then for setting up its fund management business worldwide before moving to India to set up its India venture capital business in Bangalore in 1995. Before joining Actis, he worked in the equity investment/fund management business of IFC in Washington, D.C. and, before that, in investment banking in Latin America for Lloyds Bank and Morgan Grenfell. |

Bunty Chand: Bunty Chand is Executive Director of Asia Society India. Mark Straub: Mark joined Lok from Banc of America Securities in San Francisco where he worked as an analyst advising public and private technology companies on corporate finance and M&A. While at Lok, Mark helped lead the investment in Spandana. Following 15 months in India, Mark returned to the US and joined the Draper Fisher Jurvetson Growth Fund in Menlo Park, California, a $300M fund investing in revenue-stage technology companies across a range of sectors including clean tech, mobile communications and software. |
