| Rajiv B. Lall - Chairman, Lok Foundation: Rajiv B. Lall has over twenty years of experience as an investor and advisor with Warburg Pincus in Singapore and New York, as an economist and policy advisor with Morgan Stanley in Hong Kong, the World Bank in Washington D.C., the Asian Development Bank in Manila, Philippines, and in academia. In January 2005, he took over the role of MD & CEO of IDFC (Infrastructure Development Finance Company) in India. From 1997 till 2004, Rajiv was with Warburg Pincus, one of the largest private equity firms in the world. At Warburg Pincus, Rajiv has focused on investing in financial services and the firm’s portfolio allocation and strategy decisions on a global basis. He has represented the firm on the board of a number of portfolio companies and is member of the firm’s Economics Advisory Committee. Rajiv holds a BA from the University of Oxford and Ph.D. in Economics from Columbia University. |

Donald Peck - Treasurer, Lok Foundation: Donald Peck is the Managing Partner of the South Asian operations of Actis (previously known as the Common Wealth Development Corporation). Actis is one the most active venture capital investors in emerging markets around the world. Dr. Peck is a veteran venture investor in South Asia, and also has experience in emerging markets elsewhere from a stint at IFC. Dr. Peck, who joined Actis in 1991, was responsible for helping to develop Actis' equity investment business and then for setting up its fund management business worldwide before moving to India to set up its India venture capital business in Bangalore in 1995. Before joining Actis, he worked in the equity investment/fund management business of IFC in Washington, D.C. and, before that, in investment banking in Latin America for Lloyds Bank and Morgan Grenfell. |

Vijay Advani, Vice President of Business Development, Lok Foundation: Vijay Advani is Executive Managing Director of International Retail Development and President of Franklin Templeton Alternative Strategies. Mr. Advani has several years of experience in capital markets and financial services in emerging markets, especially in India, and other countries in Asia. Prior to joining the Templeton organization, Mr. Advani was employed by the International Finance Corporation (IFC), the private sector arm of the World Bank Group. During his ten years career with the IFC, Mr. Advani worked on several emerging economies in the former Soviet Union, Asia, Middle East and Africa. Mr. Advani received an MBA from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, where he graduated as a Foreign Student Scholar and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Bombay, India. |

Gregory E. McGowan, Director, Lok Foundation: Gregory E. McGowan is Executive Vice President, Director and General Counsel of Templeton International, Inc. the organization responsible for the development and operation of Templeton businesses outside of North America. Mr. McGowan joined the Templeton organization in 1986 and also serves as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of the U.S. holding company, Templeton Worldwide, Inc. and Executive Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel of Templeton Global Advisors Limited (a Bahamian corporation). Prior to joining the Templeton organization, Mr. McGowan was a senior attorney for the United States Securities and Exchange Commission. Mr. McGowan holds a B.A. in Economics/International Affairs from the University of Pennsylvania, an M.A. from the University of Paris and a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center. |

Bunty Chand, Secretary, Lok Foundation: Bunty Chand is Executive Director of Asia Society India. Ms. Chand is responsible for fundraising, development of diverse programs and establishing relationships and building support for the Asia Society India Centre with a broad array of institutions in India. She has worked with the International Catholic Migration Commission at a refugee camp in the Philippines and spent ten years with AT&T in USA and Hong Kong in the areas of sales and marketing, Strategy and Business Development, Human resources and Training and Development. She holds a Masters in Business Administration from George Washington University, USA and the Asian Institute of Management, Philippines, and Masters in Special Education from Florida Atlantic University and a Bachelors degree in History from Delhi University. She has lived and worked in the US, Philippines, Hong Kong and Singapore. |

Vishal Mehta, Managing Director, Lok Advisory Services: Vishal Mehta has over 11 years of experience in delivering management consultative services in the financial services and the technology sector, both in developed as well as developing economies. While a majority of his experience has been in the private sector, he has worked on social projects in India and Kenya. Before joining Lok Capital, Vishal worked in Washington DC with Capital One's credit card business where he was responsible for designing credit policies and marketing strategies for their sub prime line of business. Prior to that he worked in telecommunications industry as a marketing specialist in Asia, Europe and North America. Vishal holds an Engineering degree from Delhi University and completed his MBA from University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. |

Venky Natarajan, Investments Director, Lok Advisory Services: Venky Natarajan has almost 15 years of work experience in engineering and investment. Prior to joining Lok, Venky served in various positions at Intel and Intel Capital, including product manager and strategic investment manager. As a strategic investment manager he was responsible for sourcing, due-diligence, structuring, negotiating, closing and monitoring of Intel Capital's venture investments. He assisted portfolio companies with issues concerning executive recruitment, market positioning, global strategy, fund raising, financial analysis, competitive analysis and strategic relationships. Anuj Saigal, Investment Associate, Lok Advisory Services: Anuj Saigal joined Lok after working with SKS Microfinance in Hyderabad where he concentrated on fundraising and new product feasibility. Prior to SKS, he was with JPMorgan in the investment banking practice in New York working with technology, media, and telecommunications companies on a variety of transactions including debt and equity financings, M&A, and leveraged buyouts. Sanjib Jha, Legal Advisor, Lok Advisory Services: Sanjib Jha has over 7 years of experience across various finance, accounts and corporate law functions. His exposure includes debt and equity raising/restructuring, and relationship management with key vendors and other third parties in relation to commercial transactions. Sanjib was heading the corporate affairs of a start up domestic BPO prior to joining Lok where he set up processes and policies for internal controls, legal processes, and accounting and revenue assurance systems, resulting in optimum utilization of the Company's resources, and protection of the company assets and revenue. Sandeep Lohani, Senior Advisor, Lok Advisory Services: Sandeep Lohani has over 10 years of experience in sales & distribution and business planning & corporate strategy in the financial services space. Sandeep has successfully planned and executed several innovative business initiatives across diverse geographies. Prior to joining Lok, Sandeep worked with Tata AIG General Insurance Company as Head of Franchisee channel and developed this channel with pan India presence. Prior to this, he worked with ITC eChoupal wherein he managed several new initiatives. Tyler Bolender, Investment Associate, Lok Advisory Services: Tyler has previously worked with Microfinance Institutions in India, including the KAS Foundation, and Spandana where he was a Lok Capital Fellow assisting with an equity raise, a debt product structuring and an MIS pilot. Prior to joining Lok, he spent two years as an operations analyst with TransUnion and also participated in an internship with Grameen Bank in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Tyler graduated with a B.A. in Political Science from California Polytechnic Institute along with a minor in Economics. |
