Lok Capital has initiated a fellowship program to place passionate and talented young business and development professionals with its investee and potential investee companies, in six to twelve month roles as consultants, analysts, researchers, technicians and advisors.
We are looking for individuals who possess maturity, a strong work ethic, willingness to take ownership of their end product, and a desire to work directly with a microfinance institution in India, for a limited engagement.
Individuals chosen for a Lok Fellowship would have distinguished themselves through impressive academic credentials, and/or, several years of professional experience in commercial environments such as, consulting, accounting, commercial or investment banking, marketing or operations. Fellows would be comfortable moving to India and working independently in dynamic and challenging, start-up environments.
Lok’s investee companies will be involved in identifying the areas of their businesses where a dedicated resource can add significant value.
